Virginia Mae Fridley, 92, of Newport News, died Sunday, July 27, 2008.

She was born July 31, 1915 in Natural Bridge, a daughter of the late Herberrt and Ethel Hoffman Tolley.

Her husband, Henry M. Fridley, also preceded her in death.

Surviving are three children: Fred V. Fridley of Hampton; William O. Fridley and Doris M. Wilson, Poquoson, VA; four grandchildren: Lisa Wilson, Bobby-Jo Fridley, Amanda N. Fridley and Krystal V. Fridley; three sisters: Helen Tolley and Martha Walker, both of Natural Bridge; and Nannie Pearl (Tolley) Burton in Dublin, VA.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the Natural Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ben Wilson officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
