Linda Faye Stinnett, 51, of Buena Vista, died Monday, August 4, 2008.

She was born August 5, 1956 in Buena Vista.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Lee Stinnett and Dora Nuckols Stinnett, and a brother, Roger Stinnett.

Surviving are a son, Sye Stinnett; three brothers: Donnie and David of Buena Vista; and Timmy of Washington state; three sisters: Mary Caldwell of California, Peggy Waldell and Pat Floyd of Newport News; and a sister-in-law, Judy Stinnett Bazzle of Fairfield.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Bainj and Rev. Greg Fleshman officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the home of David and Teresa Stinnett, 115 S. Woodland Ave., Buena Vista.

Arrangements are being handled by the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
