Oma Frances Meadows Tumlin, 77, of Fairfield, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Formerly a resident of Pineville, West Virginia, she was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Opal Shuck; brothers: Virgil Shuck and Floyd "Junior" Shuck; and a sister, Coral Davis.

She is survived by her sister, Rose Ann Bailey of Beckley, West Virginia; sons: Bryant "Butch" Meadows of Raphine, Virginia and Gary Meadows and wife, Shirley of Fairfield, Virginia; a daughter, Marsha Rexrode and husband, "Rexx" of Fairfield, Virginia; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a charity of your choice. Following cremation, the family will receive friends and relatives from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
