John Wayne Frazier, 64, of Lexington, died Sunday, September 14, 2008 in Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

He was born February 11, 1944 in Rockbridge County, a son of the late John Houston Frazier and Rachel Ballard Frazier.

Surviving are two sons, Darryl Frazier, Buchanan, and Shawn Frazier, Natural Bridge; three sisters, Thelma Hall, Barbara Durham, and Ecalean Entsminger, all of Lexington; one brother, David Frazier, Lexington.

Graveside services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Deacon Family Cemetery with Pastor Gary Short officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
