Catherine Marie Floyd, 66, of Glasgow, Virginia, died on Tuesday, November 21, 2008.

She was born March 24, 1942 in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Buford and Valley Hensley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Floyd, Sr., and a daughter, Rhonda Floyd.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Lee Floyd and Clarence Floyd, of Glasgow; two daughters, Teresa Ann Wood, of Buena Vista, and Cathy Jean Floyd, of Natural Bridge Station.

Funeral services were private. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements were handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
