Eric Lane Moses, 59, of Rockbridge Baths, died Thursday, February 26, 2009.

He was born August 29, 1949 in Rockbridge County, a son of the late Paul Lane Moses and Rebecca Whitmore Moses.

Mr. Moses served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.

Surviving are two daughters, Erica Thomas and husband, Brian, and Elane M. Moses; one son, Ely L. Moses, all of Rockbridge Baths; three grandchildren: Joshua, Cody, and Lily; one sister, Paula Louise Moses of WV; and a special dog, Alex.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2009 at the Vesuvius Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Stanley officiating. The family suggest donations can be made to Rockbridge Area Hospice, P. O. Box 948, Lexington, VA 24450.
