James Psaris, of Lexington, born May 20, 1924, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009 in the Heritage Hall Nursing Home.

Jim was predeceased by his wife, after 59 years of marriage, Mattie Jean Goodbar Psaris.

Their only son, Ronald, died in 2006.

Jim has two grandchildren and four great granddaughters. Jim worked for many years in the hotel-restaurant business in and around the Lexington area.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18 at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the memorial service at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
