Clarence E. Fisher, Jr., 52, of Buena Vista, died on Thursday, July 9, 2009.

He was born on April 1, 1957.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances Edwards and Clarence E. Fisher Sr., and a brother, David L. Fisher.

Surviving are his step mother, Carlene K. Fisher; three sisters: Penny Thorne and husband, Randy; Rachel Pugh and husband, Larry; Laura Hoover; one brother, Ernest L. Fisher; six children: Christa Fisher, Wendy Fisher, Michael Allen, Kimberly Allen, Amanda Fisher and Clarence Fisher III; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
