Obituary for Frances Mae Montgomery Graham Frances Mae Montgomery Graham
Was Halmode Seamstress, Brian Center CNA

Frances Mae Montgomery Graham, 71, of 5420 Ogles Creek Road, Covington, Virginia, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at her residence.

She was born September 25, 1938 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Raymond Montgomery and Margaret Deffinbaugh Montgomery Callaghan.

Mrs. Graham was a seamstress at the former Halmode, Inc. plant in Covington and retired as a CNA at the Brian Center Nursing Home in Low Moor.

Surviving are her husband, John W. Graham of Covington; her son and daughter-in-law, John Graham Jr. and his wife, Peggy of Hot Springs; her daughter, Debbie Morgan of Covington; three grandchildren; Melisha Mundy and her husband, Mike, of Covington; Samantha Graham and Brandon Morris of Covington; and Sunja Church and her fiance, Joseph Craft,of Covington; five great grandchildren: Brianna Mundy, Autumn Mundy, Olivia Mundy , Hailey Gibson, and Alexis Richmond.

The funeral service was held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Hartsfield officiating.

Entombment followed in Alleghany Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Active pallbearers were Terry Graham, Paul Graham, Jr., Mike Mundy, Jr., B.J. Camden, Brandon Morris and Andy Morris.
