Mrs. Carol Stone Pifer, age 70, of 3003 Winterberry Avenue, Covington, Virginia, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at Alleghany Regional Hospital, Low Moor, Virginia.
She was the wife of the late Fred E. Pifer, Jr.
Mrs. Pifer was born June 1, 1939 in Boomer, WV, the daughter of Alberta Lively "Bertie" Stone and the late Don Emerson Stone.
