Mrs. Frances Irene (Fran) Todd Moore, age 82, formerly of Hugh Street, Covington, Virginia, died Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Bedford County Nursing Home.
She was the wife of the late Howard Emerson Moore.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 25, 2010, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Bowker officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time Sunday afternoon at Loving Funeral Home.
The family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Edgemont Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, 2306 S. Church Avenue, Covington, VA 24426.
