Patsy Rowenia Painter, 65, of Fairfield, died Saturday, April 24, 2010 at her home.

Born January 5, 1945, in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late John Robinson and Sarah Quesenberry Robinson.

Surviving are her husband, Richard Painter; two sons, Andy Painter of Lexington, and Don Smith of Buena Vista; siblings: Frances Woolard, John Ed Robinson, and Charles Robinson, all of Gloucester, VA; Andrew J. Robinson of Natural Bridge; JoAnn Gay of MI; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m., Wednesday April 28, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James B. Grimmer officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Steeles Tavern. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
