Robert Andrew Wilson, Sr., 73, of Buena Vista, died Tuesday May 5, 2010. Born July 4, 1936 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Daniel J. and Grace Cash Wilson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.

Surviving are his wife, Ellen Argenbright Wilson; one son, Robert A. Wilson, Jr. of Greenville; four stepchildren, Vernon Mikels, Brenda Ramsey, Gary Mikels, and Carolyn Campbell; three sisters, Charlotte Campbell, Doris Towler and Joyce Simpson; twenty-five grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2010 at Bolling, Gross & Lotts Funeral Chapel with Rev. Butch Grow officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family received friends from 5 Ð 7 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, VA.
