Elnora Curtis Fertig, 89, of 2019 Dressler Drive, Covington, Virginia, died Monday, June 14, 2010, in her residence.

Mrs. Fertig was born June 8, 1921, in Covington a daughter of the late Edgar Lee Curtis and Anna May Brown Curtis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Humphries, and a brother Edgar L. Curtis, Jr.

She worked at Meadwestvaco in the pulp control lab.

Surviving is a sister Zernie Gunn of Clifton Forge, and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home.

Entombment will be made at Alleghany Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Friends may pay respects at any time at Arritt Funeral Home. The Family will be receive their friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
