Penny Evelyn Newell, 44, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Augusta Medical Center.

Born August 17, 1965 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Hillard Goff and Beulah Goff Moore.

Surviving are three sons, Brian Goff of Natural Bridge, C.J. Newell of Fairfield, and Dylan Newell of Buchanan; and one sister, Lisa Gross of Florida.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the Pentecostal Outreach Church with the Rev. Larry Clark officiating. Burial will be private. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Pentecostal Outreach Church.
