Ashley Brooke Humphries, 26, of Vesuvius, Virginia, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.

Born March 12, 1984, a daughter of Lenwood H. Humphries and Kathy Groah Humphries.

In addition to her parents, surviving are her grandmother, Dorothy Humphries of Vesuvius; two brothers, Lee Humphries and wife, Jennifer of Raphine; Shawn Humphries and wife, Ann of Middlebrook; one sister, Brandy Hulvey and husband, Jason of Staunton; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Billy Coffey officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Paran Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral Home. Arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
