Mr. David Allen Spencer, age 51, of 504 Mercer Avenue, Covington, Virginia, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at his residence.

Mr. Spencer was born February 15, 1959, the son of Hortense Ross Spencer and the late Robert L. Spencer, Sr.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2010 from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Thomas S. Simmons officiating.
