Carl Douglas Cook, Jr., 17, of Goshen, VA, died Friday, September 3, 2010.

Born February 24, 1993, he was a junior at Rockbridge County High School.

Surviving are his father, Carl D. Cook, Sr.; his mother, Annette Thomas Rutkowski; grandparents, Catherine and Walter Wade; grandfather, Tony M. Cook, Sr.; grandmother, Sylvia Fox; grandfather, Ira Thomas; two brothers; one sister.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Funeral Home and Crematory Lexington.
