Obituary for Carrie Wagner Rowley Carrie Wagner Rowley
LDS Church Member Was Native Of Mexico

Carrie Wagner Rowley, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on October 12, 2010.

She was born June 16, 1940 in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adrian DeLoss Wagner and Jennie Williams Wagner, as well as three siblings: a sister, Jennie Loving and brothers, Rulon and Bill Wagner.

She is survived by two children and their loved ones: Sharlet Rowley Bouchelle, wife of Joe Bouchelle of Buena Vista, and Spencer Rowley and his fiance, Kimberly Lathrop of Wichita Falls, Texas.

She is also survived by four grandchildren, Elizabeth Bouchelle of Provo Utah, and Joseph, Kathryn and Granger Bouchelle of Buena Vista. Carrie also has four surviving siblings: Velma Lee and husband, Ken of Puyallup, Washington; Marge Golden and husband, Jerry of Salt Lake City, Utah; Dorthy Anthony and husband, Ed of El Paso, Texas, and James Rowley and wife, Susann of Linden, Utah; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Carrie earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma and was a lifetime member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Memorials may be sent to Rockbridge Area Hospice.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home, Buena Vista, Va.
