Emma Tolley Coleman Wood, 73, of Glasgow, Virginia, went to be with our Father in Heaven on Sunday morning, November 7, 2010.

She was born October 3, 1937.

She was married to the late Samuel Coleman and the late Bill Wood.

She was a waitress and hostess at The Natural Bridge Hotel, and was a member of the Natural Bridge Baptist Church.

Surviving are six children: four sons, Harold Coleman and wife, Joyce of Winterville, NC; David Coleman of Natural Bridge; Wayne Coleman and wife, Melinda of Hickory, NC; Lynn Coleman and girlfriend, Wendy of Taylorsville, NC; two daughters, Cathy Goodwin and husband, Johnny of Natural Bridge; Doris Lipscomb and husband, John of Roanoke; one sister, Roberta Petty of Buchanan; one brother, Cecil Tolley and wife, Betty of Roanoke; thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at High Bridge Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
