Obituary for Carolyn Vargo Pack Carolyn Vargo Pack
West Virginia Native Dies At Age 64

Carolyn Vargo Pack, 64, of 508 Bird Farm Road, Covington, Virginia, died Friday morning, November 26, 2010, at her residence.

Mrs. Pack was born April 21, 1946, at Mt. Hope, WV, a daughter of the late Steve and Emma Jean Bennett Vargo.

Surviving are her husband of 45 years, David Pack, of Covington; her daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Kevin Hall, of Covington; five grandchildren, Ryan Hall, Addison Ballard, Bailey Hall, Alexis Ballard and Delaney Hall, all of Covington; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Frank Forston of Mesa, AZ, and Brenda and Gary Williams of Mt. Hope, WV; one brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Mary Jane Vargo, Jr. of Gastonia, NC; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Burns officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bill Biddle. Active pallbearers will be Ryan Hall. Steve Smith, Barry Sloan, Michael Sloan, Glen Williams, Gary Pack, Larry Pack and David Arritt.

Interment will be made in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Friends may pay their respects at any time at Arritt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. at Arritt Funeral Home.
