Stella Edwards Agnor, 93, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Monday, December 6, 2010 at her home in Buena Vista.

Born March 25, 1917, in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Edwards and Lula Mae Welcher Edwards.

In addition to her parents, Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Day Agnor, one son, Lester Agnor, and one daughter, Hilda Coffey.

Surviving are her three sons, Elmer Agnor of North Carolina, Raymond Agnor of Fairfield, VA, and Larry Agnor of Low Moor, VA; one daughter, Alease Vaness of Beuna Vista; one brother, Carl Edwards of Florida; ten grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Chapel.
