Betty Marie Burch, 75, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Golden Living Center in Buena Vista.

Born August 8, 1935 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Harry C. Smith and Florence V. Trussel Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Burch, Sr.

Mrs. Burch was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Surviving are her two sons, Robert Daniel Burch, Jr. and wife, Karen; Charles Daniel Burch and wife, Hollie, both of Buena Vista; one sister, Rosie Davis; five grandchildren, Carl, T.J., Travis, Kristopher, and Adrianna.

A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Devotional Gardens Cemetery in Marion, SC.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Buena Vista, VA.
