Steven Allen Foscoe, age 53, of 1710 Main Street, Clifton Forge, VA, formerly of Iron Gate Hill, died Thursday February 24, 2011 at LewisGale-Alleghany Medical Center in Low Moor.

He was born August 20, 1957 on Iron Gate Hill, a son of the late Carl and Mildred Bryant Foscoe.

Steven loved to fish and had a terrific sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Rapp.

He is survived by a sister, Roberta Faye Kimberlin and husband, Donnie of Clifton Forge; three brothers, Carl Dalton Foscoe, Jr. of Iron Gate Hill, Frank William Foscoe, Sr. and wife, Nannie of Clifton Forge, and Larry Lee Foscoe of Covington; his fiance, Claudia McDaniel of Clifton Forge; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in Oak Hill Baptist Church, Clifton Forge with Reverend Virgil Woodie and Reverend Roger Bush officiaiting.
