William (Billy) Benjamin Cole, 75, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Sunday February 27, 2011 at his home.

Mr. Cole was born on December 24, 1935 in Green County Va., a son of the late John W. Cole and Frances Jenkins Cole.

He was a member of the Buena Vista Baptist Church.

Mr. Cole was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Cole.

Surviving him are three children, Danny and wife Donna Cole, Johnny and wife, Pam Cole, Carolee Cole and significant other, Greg Camden, all of Buena Vista, a sister, Peggy Staton; and two grandchildren Dallas and Kelsey Cole.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at the Buena Vista Baptist Church with the Rev. David Bain officiating. Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends any time at the family's residence 2474 Cedar Ave. Buena Vista.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to Parry McCluer High School Football team.
