Obituary for Louella Jones Burnette Louella Jones Burnette
Was Call Specialist With Community Services Of Roanoke

Louella Jones Burnette, age 68, of 3083 Ordway Drive in Roanoke, Virginia, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 in The Woodlands Nursing Home, Clifton Forge.

She was born September 18, 1942 in Bristol, Virginia, to the late Charles "C.W." and Dorothy Mae Stoots Jones.

She was a call specialist for Community Services of Roanoke and enjoyed crafts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clifford Charles Burnette; a sister, Linda Jones; and a brother, Charles Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford Burnette of Roanoke; a daughter, Teresa Meador and husband, Norman of Roanoke; a son, Thom Burnette and wife, Sarah of Clifton Forge; six grandchildren, Nikita Sullivan, Meagan Burnette, Amanda Cooper, Tommy Burnette, Aaron Burnette, and Isaac Burnette; a great granddaughter, Rachael Sullivan; and a nephew, Anthony Jones.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge. The body will be removed on Thursday to Weaver Funeral Home in Bristol, TN. A graveside funeral service will follow on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN with Reverend Harold Burnette officiating.
