Vera Wilson, 85, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Golden Living Center in Buena Vista.
Born July 30, 1925 in Amherst County, she was a daughter of the late Frank Sampson Rogers and Georgina Rogers.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Wilson.
The family received friends 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011, and a memorial service was held at 6:30 p.m. at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Carol Garrett officiating.
