Gladys Arlene Camden Black, 83, of Glasgow, Virginia, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Buena Vista.

Born April 8, 1928 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Lee Camden and Fannie Sue Carr Camden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert L. Camden.

Surviving are four nephews; one niece; two great nephews; two great nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 29, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Weger officiating. Burial will follow at Collierstown Presbyterian Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
