Betty J. Mines, 71, of Millboro, Virginia, died Thursday, July 28, 2011.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 1, 2011, at Warm Springs Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
