Rebecca Wade (Toot-A-Bug) Figgatt, 77, of Lexington, Virginia, died, Saturday August 13, 2011 at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, VA.

Born, February 5, 1934 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Albert Wade and Mary Bolen Wade.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Figgatt.

Rebecca attended McElwee Chapel and retired from Everbrite.

Surviving are her children, Marcia M. Hostetter and her husband, Mike, of Lexington; Eric Figgatt, of Lexington; grandchildren, Chris Floyd, Stephanie Figgatt, and Katla Figgatt; great grandchildren, Shaylee, Rebecca, and Daniel; brother, Joe Wade, of Lexington, sister, Peggy Hayes, of Buena Vista; and a host of friends which Becky had made through the years. Also surviving is her special friend, Juanita Farrow, of Lexington.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Wednesday August 17, 2011 at Stonewall Jackson Cemetery with the Pastor Greg Gertz and Rev. R.W. Swisher officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington, VA.
