Obituary for Vanita Hostetter Craft Vanita Hostetter Craft
Lauderdale ARP Church Member Dies At Age 89

Vanita Hostetter Craft, 89, of Lexington, formerly of Covington, Virginia, died Monday, August 15, 2011 at Runk & Pratt Nursing Home in Lynchburg.

Born February 11, 1922, she was the daughter of the late George Mays Hostetter and Florence Seay Hostetter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buren Craft.

Mrs. Craft was a member of the Lauderdale ARP Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Dreama Fox-Dudley of Lynchburg; two sisters, Elizabeth Johnson and Ellen Jane Harris, both of Lexington; two grandchildren, Melissa Johnson and husband, Walt; Shawn Fox and wife, April; two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Alleghany Memorial Park.

Arrangements are being handled by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
