Margaret Ellen Withrow P. Rodgers, 82, of Staunton, died Friday, August 26, 2011 at Kings Daughters Community Health Center.

A daughter of the late James Earl and Edna Reid Withrow, she was born on February 25, 1929 in Lexington.

She is survived by her husband, Henry F. Rodgers and three daughters: Cynthia Skaggs of Newport News, Sarah Smith of Elkton and Janice Mowbray of Staunton; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two sisters, nancy Sensabaugh and Edna May Kirkpatrick of Rockbridge Baths; and one brother, Sam Withrow of Culpeper.

A graveside service was held at Edgewood Cemetery, followed by a memorial service at Mount Horeb Community Church on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
