Lewis Stanley Campbell, age 78, of 200 Roxbury Street, Apt 2, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Friday, October 7, 2011 at his residence.

He was born April 22, 1933 in Botetourt County, Virginia, to Daniel James Campbell, Sr. and Martha E. Campbell.

He delivered for Zicer Cleaners and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Guess Campbell of Clifton Forge; four daughters, Donna Mayo, Judy Dimore, Michelle Turner, and Kim Nelson; four sons, Lewis Campbell, Jr., Mike Nelson, Greg Nelson, and Jeff Nelson; two sisters, Virginia Broughman of Clifton Forge and Helen Nida of Troutville; two brothers Lawrence Campbell and Robert Campbell; and a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, October 13 at 11:00 a.m. in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge with Pastor Mark Harvey officiating. There will be no formal visitation. However, friends may call at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
