Marcella Breeden Hubbard, 88, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Golden Living Center.

Born August 10, 1923 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late James F. Breeden and Carrie Sprouse Breeden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Hubbard and a daughter, Patricia Hubbard.

Mrs. Hubbard was a World War II Navy Nurse.

Surviving are her daughter, Beth Bushong and husband, Bob of FL; two brothers, Robert Breeden of Buena Vista and Lyle Breeden of Lynchburg; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
