Rodrick Stevenson Wilson, 72, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Rockbridge County, died Friday, March 2, 2012 in the Parkwest Medical Center.

Mr. Wilson was born October 29, 1939 in Pulaski Co. and was the son of Treva Mable Clark and the late Roy Wilson.

He was a retired detail Tech for the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Bonnie Wilson; a sister, Hope Myers, and husband, Robert of Florida.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Myers and Rev. Lewis McDaniel Officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Monday at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
