Frank LeDonne, 81, of Harrisonburg, Virginia, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Born July 19, 1930, he was a son of the late Anthony B. LeDonne and Mary Pelligrin LeDonne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Anthony LeDonne.

Frank was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Harrisonburg.

Surviving are his wife of fifty-six years, Catherine LeDonne; three daughters, Catherine Marie LeDonne of Hudson, OH; Patricia Norine LeDonne of Salem, VA; Barbara Rowe and husband, Richard of Lexington, VA; four granddaughters, Ruth, Lucinda, and Francis Rowe and Natalie LeDonne; brother, Eugene and Mary Etta LeDonne and sister-in-law, Lola LeDonne of West Virginia; brothers-in-law, Vincent and Jean Moats and Kenneth and Barbara Moats of California.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Lexington, VA with the Father Joseph D'Aurora officiating.

Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2012 at Harrison Funeral Home.
