Nellie Clark Knick, 79, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at her home.

Born May 15, 1932 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Bo Clark and Lottie Hartless Clark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Coffey and two brothers, Azel and Zanel Clark.

Surviving are her husband, Roy Leon Knick of Buena Vista; two sons, Delmas Clark of Lexington, and Charles McNeil of Buena Vista; one daughter, Martha Thompson of Fairfield; one brother, Johnny Clark and one sister, Estelle Steele, both of Lexington; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Dr. Martin Stokes officiating. Burial will follow at Collierstown Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
