Obituary for Christopher Lee Losh Christopher Lee Losh
Clifton Forge Native Was Employed By J&S Carentry Of Roanoke

Christopher Duane (Cornbread) Garrett, 42, of Wirtz, Virginia, died, Sunday, November 18, 2012 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 17, 1970 in Clifton Forge, a son of Nancy Schooler Nicely of Covington and the late Albert N. Garrett.

Chris was employed by J & S Carpentry in Roanoke as a painter.

He was preceded in death by his companion and best friend, Donna Divers.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step father, Danny McCulley, Sr, of Covington; his two sons, Grayson Dubois and Ethan Dubois, both of Elliston; his daughter, Christina Dawn Garrett of Boones Mill; two brothers, James Garrett and his wife, Sarah of White Sulphur Springs, WV, and Robert Garrett of Roanoke; two sisters, Connie Martin and her husband, Jack, of Union, WV, and Monica Garrett of Aberdeen, MD and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday November 21, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Brown officiating.

The interment will follow in Hokes Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive their friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Arritt Funeral Home and at other times will be at the residence of Nancy Nicely and Danny McCulley, 325 East Hawthorne Street, Covington.
