Donald Blake Trussell, 55, of Lexington, Virginia, died Monday, December 31, 2012, at his home.

Born May 21, 1957, in Lexington, he is a son of the late Charles Oliver Trussell and Evelyn Virginia Higgins Trussell.

Mr. Trussell was a member of the Bible Church at Rockbridge.

Surviving are his two brothers, Ricky Trussell and wife, Mamie, of Lexington; Stanley Trussell and wife, Rhonda from Florence, Ky.; two nephews, Derrick and Brian; and three nieces, Sarah, Amy, and Cassidy.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013, at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brent McGuirt officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer A.R.P. Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia, P.O. Box 800659, UVA Healthcare Center, Charlottesville, VA 22908.

The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013, Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
