Mr. Kenneth P. Childs, age 91, of Covington, Virginia, died Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the VA Medical Center, Salem.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 at Edgemont Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church with Rev. Donnie Bowker officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Loving Funeral Home.
