Mrs. Susan Parker Potter, age 51, of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia, died Friday, May 31, 2013, at LewisGale Hospital, Salem, VA.

She was the wife of William Lacy Potter.

Mrs. Potter was born July 20, 1961 in Alleghany County, the daughter of Orion Everette Parker, Jr. and Patsy Arrington Parker.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at McAllister Memorial Presbyterian Church with Rev. Michael C. Fleenor officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Loving Funeral Home.
