He loved his "fur" children and loved taking them for rides in the "Bassett Mobile".

He was a member of Brood and rescued many babies and found them a forever home.

Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at Lotz Salem Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
