Obituary for Roger Lee Losh Roger Lee Losh
Former Alleghany County Resident Dies In Staunton

Roger Lee Losh, 68, of Staunton, Virginia, died Friday, September 27, 2013.

He was born July 29, 1945 in Augusta County, a son of the late Bryan and Glenda Huffman Losh.

Mr. Losh retired from McQuary International after 30 years of employment.

He was a life long member of the Church of God in Staunton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Vanessa Allison; a son, Christopher Losh; one sister and three brothers.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Dorothy Wright Losh of Staunton; one son, Benjamin Lancaster of Glasgow; two grandchildren, Rachel Brown of Covington, VA and Joshua Brown of Staunton; one great granddaughter, Taylor Vanness of Covington, VA; two sisters, Geraldine Marshall and Betty Ralston, both of Staunton; one sister in law, Patricia Losh of Staunton and one brother in law, Michael Sprauge, and his wife, Melissa of Waynesboro.

The family received friends from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the Arritt Funeral Home in Covington on Sunday. The funeral service was held Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the graveside in Lone Star Cemetery in Covington, VA.
