Mrs. Audrey Lillian Wood Graham, age 99, of the Brian Center-Alleghany, formerly of Waynesboro, Virginia, died Monday October 14, 2013.

She was the wife of the late William Dale Graham.

Mrs. Graham was born July 18, 1914 in Augusta Springs, the daughter of the late Edward Wood and Antha Strickler Wood.

She was an employee of General Electric before her retirement.

Following her retirement, Audrey was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing and quilting.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Graham is survived by two daughters, Betty Kanney and Barbara Fitzgerald and husband, Lem; six grandchildren, Kathy Kanney Watson, Patty Kerns, Freddy Kanney and wife, Trish, Tim Fitzgerald and wife, Natalie, Jon Fitzgerald and wife, Laurie, Dale Fitzgerald and wife, Michele; twelve great grandchildren, Alyson Williams and husband, Adam, Stephanie Victurine, Stephen Price, Liam Kerns, Lindsay Sowers, Abby Berard, Matt Berard, Whitney Helmintoller and husband, Ross, Brieanna Coffey and husband, Dustin, Kaylie Johnson and husband, Noah, Cody Fitzgerald and Ashlynn Fitzgerald; nine great great grandchildren, Katelyn Victurine, Eddie Victurine, Heather Victurine, Madalyn Swaner, Bryndan Swaner, Tyler Ratliff, Olivia Williams, Sophia Williams and Graecyn Helmintoller; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by one daughter, Jane Lee Baker; one brother, Elmer Wood; and five sisters, Jean Graves, Carolyn Fravel, Helen Harper, Rachel Brown, and Susie Clear.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday October 17, 2013 at West Augusta Cemetery near Deerfield with Jon Fitzgerald officiating.
