Mark Edward Jessee, 42, of 4529 Midland Trail, Covington, Virginia, passed away, Saturday, January 18. 2014 at his residence.

He was born March 21, 1971 in Covington, a son of the late Robert M. Jesse, Sr. in 2008 and Lois Hughes Jessee of Sweet Springs, WV.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death a nephew, Todd Anthony Paitsel and several uncles.

Mark was employed by the former Acaida, Inc. in Iron Gate.

In attention to his mother, he is survived by three children, Tyler A. Jesee and Hayley B. Jesse, both of Covington and Christian "Cole" Jessie of Hot Springs; one grandson, Izaike O'Conner; a granddaughter, Kaydence Jessee; one brother, Robert M. Jessee, Jr. and his wife, Judy of Blacksburg; one sister, Darlene Daugherty and her husband, Michael of Sweet Springs, WV.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014 in the Alleghany Memorial Park with Pastor Shorty Wolfe officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the Arritt Funeral Home on Wednesday.
