Mrs. Barbara June Webb Williams, age 77, of Covington, Virginia, died Thursday, January 30, 2014, at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, Low Moor.

She was the wife of the late Hubert Miller Williams.

Mrs. Williams was born February 13, 1936 in Alleghany County, the daughter of the late Roscoe Webb and Violet Lowe Smith.

During her working career, she had been employed as a private sitter and as a certified nursing assistant by the Woodland Nursing Home.

She enjoyed playing cards and being with her family.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her children, Rocky and Sue Williams, Robin Brown and Mike Brown, Theresa Williams and John Lokant, Patricia Anderson and David Burch, Elizabeth and Kevin Huguley, Michael Todd Williams and Kathleen Beirne, Mitchell Williams and Christina Lethert; twenty one grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Webb and Woody Webb; a number of nieces and nephews; soul mate and best friend of twenty years, Marc Loper.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with Rev. Edith Snedegar officiating.

Interment will following in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mrs. William's grandsons, Marshall Williams, Brandon Huguley, Kris Huguley, Colten Williams, Ruben Shurtleff, Charles Shurtleff, Robbie Shurtleff, Patrick Harth, Mitchell Williams, and Nicholas Campbell.

The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Loving Funeral Home, Covington, Virginia.
