William (Buddy) Roscoe Higgins Jr., 67, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Friday, March 28, 2014, at his home.
Mr. Higgins was born September 22, 1946, in Rockbridge County, the son of the late William Higgins Sr. and Mary Hostetter Higgins.
Besides his parents, his wife, Peggy Higgins preceded him in death.
Mr. Higgins is survived by his two sons William "Billy" Higgins III, Danny Higgins and wife, Pam; grandchildren: Taylor, Dylan, and Mikayla Higgins; and a sister, Jean Moore.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jay Thorne officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery.
