Lucille Overstreet Feazell, 89, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014 at Kendal.

Born on September 4, 1924 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Luther W. Overstreet and Georgia O'Connell Overstreet.

Mrs. Feazell retired from Columbia Gas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, C. Vance Feazell; a son, Ted V. Feazell; one brother; and two sisters.

Surviving Mrs. Feazell are several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Buena Vista Baptist Church with the Rev. Bryon LePere officiating. Burial was private.

The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ted V. Feazell Scholarship Fund or Buena Vista Baptist Church.
