Ruth Helen Koch Lee, age 93, of The Brian Center in Low Moor, Virginia, and formerly of Selma, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at The Brian Center.

She was born December 10, 1920 in Missouri, to the late James Peter and Julia Scott Koch.

She was a retired Inspector for Mizzy, Inc. of Clifton Forge, and was a member and Sunday school teacher at Epworth United Methodist Church.

She was in the Foster Grandparent program at Sharon Elementary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Naomi Bays and two brothers, Charles Koch and James Koch.

She is survived by a son, Stephen Scott Lee of Clifton Forge; two grandchildren, Edwin Scott Lee and Julia Ruth Lee; a sister, Marrietta Siberz of Mitchell, SD; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Dan Purdom officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at Nicely Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor.
