Kevin Buhrman Thomas, age 57 of 4608 Forty-Two Road, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Saturday, June 14, 2014 at his residence.

Kevin was born May 28, 1957 in Alleghany County to the late Grover Kennard Thomas and Nora Louise Murphy Thomas Hahn.

He was a retired shipping clerk for Acadia Polymers of Iron Gate.

He loved the University of Virginia Cavaliers and was an Indianapolis Colts fan.

He is survived by a daughter, Kasey Renee Whitaker and husband, Mark of Sicily, Italy; a son, Dustin Lee Thomas and wife, Ashley of Roanoke; and three grandchildren, Colton Thomas, Natalie Whitaker and Chelsie Whitaker.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Botetourt County with Reverend Roger Bush officiating. Interment will immediately follow.

The family received friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
